Tiny and beautiful with a head full of jet black hair and tiny full lips. Mom and baby are doing fantastic. Nancy says it was much easier this time. Natalie and Efren are beaming with joy. Natalie loves showing off her baby sister. :) Nancy thanks you all for all the well wishes!

PJ and Arturo had a c-section this morning and welcomed a baby BOY to the family. Now Isabella has a brother.
